🗓 Return Window

  • You may return items within 2 days of delivery.
  • Returns requested after this period may not be accepted, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

✅ Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following:

  1. Unused, unworn, with no visible signs of wear or damage.
  2. In the same condition as received, including all original packaging, tags, dust bags, boxes, accessories, etc.
  3. Must include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  4. For shoes: soles must not be scuffed. For bags: handles, zippers, linings must be clean & intact.

🚫 Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items

These items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Items marked non‑returnable on the product page.
  • Items that are clearly used or damaged by the customer.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items if applicable (e.g., certain liners, insoles) once opened.
  • Custom or personalized items (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped products.
  • For size or style changes (not due to defect), exchange shipping may be at the customer’s expense.

⚠ Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a wrong item, a product with manufacturing defect, or something damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send us clear photos of the problem along with your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including any extra shipping cost) once the issue is verified.

💵 Refunds

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Once we receive the returned item and it passes quality inspection, we’ll process your refund.
  • Processing time: expect about 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect (could vary depending on bank or card issuer).

🚚 Return Shipping & Costs

  • If you are returning an item because of our mistake (wrong item, defect), we will cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

🔁 How to Return

  1. Contact our support team via email / live chat or using the return form on our site with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Send back via the approved courier method OR drop it off at a designated location (if applicable).
  5. Keep tracking info until we confirm receipt.

⏳ Processing Time

  • Once we receive the return, allow 2‑3 business days for inspection.
  • Once approved, refund or exchange will be initiated. Refunds usually take 5‑10 business days more depending on banking/payment methods.

📋 Your Rights (UAE / GCC)

  • Under UAE Consumer Protection laws and GCC regional standards, you have the right to return or exchange defective items and be refunded if products are not as described.
  • This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
