🗓 Return Window
- You may return items within 2 days of delivery.
- Returns requested after this period may not be accepted, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
✅ Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following:
- Unused, unworn, with no visible signs of wear or damage.
- In the same condition as received, including all original packaging, tags, dust bags, boxes, accessories, etc.
- Must include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- For shoes: soles must not be scuffed. For bags: handles, zippers, linings must be clean & intact.
🚫 Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items
These items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
- Items marked non‑returnable on the product page.
- Items that are clearly used or damaged by the customer.
- Hygiene-sensitive items if applicable (e.g., certain liners, insoles) once opened.
- Custom or personalized items (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
🔄 Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped products.
- For size or style changes (not due to defect), exchange shipping may be at the customer’s expense.
⚠ Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a wrong item, a product with manufacturing defect, or something damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send us clear photos of the problem along with your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including any extra shipping cost) once the issue is verified.
💵 Refunds
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- Once we receive the returned item and it passes quality inspection, we’ll process your refund.
- Processing time: expect about 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect (could vary depending on bank or card issuer).
🚚 Return Shipping & Costs
- If you are returning an item because of our mistake (wrong item, defect), we will cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
🔁 How to Return
- Contact our support team via email / live chat or using the return form on our site with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send back via the approved courier method OR drop it off at a designated location (if applicable).
- Keep tracking info until we confirm receipt.
⏳ Processing Time
- Once we receive the return, allow 2‑3 business days for inspection.
- Once approved, refund or exchange will be initiated. Refunds usually take 5‑10 business days more depending on banking/payment methods.
📋 Your Rights (UAE / GCC)
- Under UAE Consumer Protection laws and GCC regional standards, you have the right to return or exchange defective items and be refunded if products are not as described.
