- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GST may start processing on the next business day.

🏷 Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For international and GCC shipments, import duties, VAT, or customs fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges when you order.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid when the parcel arrives or at customs clearance.

- Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email (or SMS) with a tracking number.
- You can use this link to follow your parcel until it arrives at your door.
📍 Delivery Address & Changes
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete (street, building, unit, landmark, etc.) and correct.
- If you need to change your address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.

- Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, logistics disruptions, or customs clearance (for international orders).
- Remote areas may incur extra delivery time or additional shipping fees.
âś… Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged item, or something doesn’t match your order (size, color, style), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damage or error, and your order number. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
